These terms apply to the Cong Skver Jackson ("Skver Jackson") website and to our pledge reminder and receipt messaging program.

Pledges and payments

Membership, mikvah, sponsorships, and Shabbos pledges recorded on this site or with the shul office are commitments to the shul; payments are processed by our card processor.
Recurring membership and mikvah charges are billed once per Hebrew month on the day you chose, never on Shabbos or Yom Tov. You can cancel at any time by calling the office.
Donations to Cong Skver Jackson, a nonprofit religious congregation, may be tax deductible; your receipt is your record.

Program: Skver Jackson pledge reminders and payment receipts, sent from our shul number (732) 538-5330.
How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number when you make a pledge or donation — in person, by phone with the shul office, or on this website — and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any pledge, donation, or purchase.
What you receive: reminders about pledges you personally made (with a secure link to pay) and receipts confirming your payments. No marketing messages.
Frequency: varies; typically a few messages per month, depending on your pledges.
Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to any message and you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP, email skverjackson@gmail.com, or call the shul office.
Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
